Women in the 3rd Act

People may call what happens at midlife a "crisis," but it's not.

It's an unraveling - a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live,

not the one you're "supposed" to live.

Many of us are being given the gift of living 20 to 25 years longer than our great grandparents. This gift of extra time means that many of us are looking to a new career... a new way of being.... at a time when our grandparents were settling into rocking chairs.

The term 'third act' is fairly new and is used to describe a stage of human development. The 3rd act begins at about age 50. As we let go of (or begin to let go of) career and family commitments, there's tremendous opportunity to write a dynamic new script for a different kind of future.

  • Are you feeling unfinished?

  • Do you have an inner knowing that there's more life to live?

  • Are you being called to clarify what this phase of your life will look like?

  • Are you ready to experience more purpose and meaning?

  • Are you longing to fulfill a long-held dream?

If you answered YES, know that you are not alone. The 3rd act is a gift, one that offers the opportunity

to embrace more fully your full potential.

To realize the dream that you've been pushing aside until... later.

The 3rd act is 'later.'

I started living my purpose through my coaching business in my

3rd act and can tell you that it was the best thing I've ever done.

It was so exciting to tackle entrepreneurship,

to learn about business and marketing and social media.

I can help you navigate the ins and outs of the 3rd act, including starting you on a path to create a vibrant

future. You have tremendous wisdom.... wisdom born of years of experience

and life lessons. I especially want to hear from you if you're feeling

called to integrate spirituality into this exciting chapter of your journey.
