Imagine getting together with like-minded people in a peaceful lakeside setting. Imagine connecting in an environment that is respectful, meaningful and affirming.... all the while building a bridge to your spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is the next frontier of well-being and success.

Research supports that there is a direct correlation between spirituality and psychological well-being.

In this one-day retreat, the focus of the day will be you! Your facilitators will share tools and techniques from their spiritual practices, including the traits of spiritually intelligent people.

In addition, you'll be treated to a healthy, nourishing lunch (menu below) prepared with love... all in a calming lakeside setting and calming space just outside Dartmouth.

During the day, you'll learn how to :

Your Facilitators:

Sheila Kelly, BA, CPCC. The first and only trained SQ21 Spiritual Intelligence coach in Nova Scotia, Sheila's clients often reported reduced stress as an outcome of the coaching relationship. Sheila also served as a coordinator of a telephone help line for callers struggling with mental health. As well, she was a coach in a shelter for abused women.  Growing up with chronic anxiety, it was her spiritual work with the principles of A Course in Miracles that brought her the inner peace she longed for.

Joey Poirier is an artist who has found his passions through meditation and art. Joey is an AirBnB host with his partner, Paul. He loves to cook and infuses love in everything that moves him, including food!  His spiritual path, although different from Sheila's, has brought him to the same place... the attainment of inner peace.
