A coaching pioneer in Nova Scotia, Canada, Sheila has coached hundreds of clients over thousands of hours in all dimensions of leadership: personal, professional, and spiritual. It was as a front-line manager in one of the toughest union environments in Canada that Sheila had a spiritual wake-up call which helped her to become fearless in addressing tough issues.
A speaker, workshop facilitator and author, Sheila helps her clients connect with their own wisdom so they achieve more clarity in their decision-making and problem-solving. As well, she's always delighted to teach the principles of her spiritual path, A Course in Miracles.

Ex-Soldier, Yogi, Mindfulness Teacher
Ian has 30 plus years of military experience, a doctorate, two masters degrees, an Honours bachelor's degree, and two military staff college diplomas. He speaks English, French, basic Scots Gaelic, and with practice, can return to speaking functional Russian.
Ian's penchant for excellence in leadership and his thirst for learning means that he pulled out all the stops to deal with PTSD that resulted from making consequential decisions in conflict zones and natural disasters; decisions that affected many others – and himself. Ian practices yoga to assist in regulating his own PTSD and helps others using trauma-informed yoga, neuro-science, and mindfulness techniques drawn from wisdom traditions and cognitive behavioral therapy. As well, in service to others, he .has completed the Koru Mindfulness Teacher Training Workshop. He is engaged in the experiential teaching phase and is accepting clients.

Sophia Vasiliou is a multi-faceted holistic therapist who specializes in energy psychology and helping people realise and embody their own potential.
Using tools such as PSYCH-K, Body Code and Emotion Code alongside shamanistic practices, she helps people rewrite subconscious beliefs and perceptions and release old energies, which have been stored in the body-mind. She is a firm believer that your biography becomes your biology, but also that there is so much innate wisdom within each person, that with the right guidance, release and integration, they can be shown how to embody their true power and take back control of their lives on physical, mental, emotional and physical levels.

John Knowles
